Many of the most meaningful ministries happen quietly.

Before the service begins, someone unlocks the doors.

Someone prepares coffee.

Someone greets visitors.

Someone rocks a crying baby in the nursery.

Someone sets up chairs, runs sound equipment, prepares meals, organizes supplies, or stays late to clean up after everyone has gone home.

Much of this work happens without applause.

Sometimes without anyone noticing at all.

When you've been serving faithfully for a long time, weariness can quietly settle into your heart.

You may begin asking yourself if what you're doing is making any difference.

God's answer is clear.

He sees it all.

Every unseen sacrifice.

Every interrupted evening.

Every prayer whispered before serving.

Every kind conversation.

Every moment you chose faithfulness instead of convenience.

Jesus Himself modeled servant-hearted leadership. He washed His disciples' feet, welcomed the overlooked, and gave Himself completely in love.

As we serve others, we reflect His heart.

That doesn't mean we never grow tired.

It means we can bring our weariness back to the One who promises to renew our strength.

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
