Husband And Wife Perform 'You Are The Reason' Duet On Piano And Cello

Be in awe of their talent as this husband and wife perform the beloved words of ‘You Are The Reason.’

This song was originally recorded by artist Leona Lewis and Calum Scott, a former Britain’s Got Talent contestant. It quickly skyrocketed to the top of the charts and remains a favorite for artists all over the world to cover.

“There goes my heart beating
'Cause you are the reason
I'm losing my sleep
Please come back now”

Marnie and Patrick Laird are a talented husband and wife team with life-long musical roots. Both Marnie and Patrick are classically trained musicians who met while attending a Chamber Music Festival.

Over the years, they delighted the Internet with their classical crossovers such as ‘The Sound Of Silence’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody.’ Known by their stage name, Brooklyn Duo, these two have garnered millions of views across social media and the number keeps climbing.

Today, they are taking on a modern classic with the soul-stirring sounds of ‘You Are The Reason.’

“I'd climb every mountain and swim every ocean
Just to be with you and fix what I've broken
Oh, 'cause I need you to see
That you are the reason”

On YouTube, the couple shared a few words about the song. “We’ve gotten tons of requests for this one over the years, so we’re so glad to have finally recorded it! Hope you like it.”

I just love hearing this couple take on old and new hits. I can’t wait to hear what’s next!

Josh Groban And Jen Malenke Sing 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' Duet

Watch this wonderful performance from Josh Groban and Jen Malenke singing a duet of 'Bridge Over Troubled Water.'

“When you're weary, feeling small, when tears are in your eyes, I will dry them all
I'm on your side, oh, when times get rough and friends just can't be found
Like a bridge over troubled water, I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water, I will lay me down”

This is such a beautiful song, and these two knocked it out of the park with their performance! Josh Groban and Jen Malenke both have incredible voices, and the two of them sound amazing together.

“Such a classic song by Simon and Garfunkel, and Jen and Josh did it justice,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “This song will never grow old.”

“Amazing performance, such beautiful harmony between them both. I was mesmerized by Jen's voice, definitely one of my favorite renditions of this song,” writes another person online.

'Bridge Over Troubled Water' was written by Paul Simon after he was inspired by an old gospel song. The song was released in 1970, and it was the second single on Simon & Garfunkel’s fifth album also titled Bridge Over Troubled Water.

The song topped the charts and picked up five Grammy awards in 1971, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year. 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' became Simon & Garfunkel’s biggest hit and their signature song.

It is a beautiful song with a lovely meaning behind it. The line “Like a bridge over troubled water” is a metaphor for someone living through a trying time in their life. And “I will lay me down” references the sacrifices and perseverance as they find a way through difficulty.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this rendition of 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' from Josh Groban and Jen Malenke today!

'For All My Life' Live Worship From TAYA Of Hillsong UNITED

Listen to this incredible performance of the song ‘For All My Life’ by TAYA from Hillsong UNITED.

“When my troubles are a little too heavy, who can I turn to, to share the weight?
When my mind is cluttered and cloudy, who can I turn to, to clear the way?
Who can I turn to, I turn to You, I won't lean on my own understanding
I will let go, follow empty-handed, You say Your yoke is easy
You say Your burden's light, so I'll let You lead me for all my life”

What a beautiful and soulful song! And such a wonderful performance. The lyrics in ‘For All My Life’ declare how faithful and dependable our God is. Even in times of uncertainty, we can look to Him for strength and comfort.

The song ‘For All My Life’ is from the solo album that TAYA has recently released. The album is self-titled with 14 tracks, and it is TAYA’s first full-length project as a solo artist.

“For the past two years I’ve been working on this, my debut album, self-titled intentionally,” TAYA said. “Some people may know my voice but for the first time I get to share with you in my own words and my own melodies, who Jesus is to me. It’s an old school record full of stories about the faithfulness of God, His kingdom, His kindness and His mercy.”

Listeners may know TAYA’s voice from the popular worship anthem ‘Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)’ by Hillsong UNITED. And now, TAYA is using her gifts to uplift and encourage the Church with her own songs like ‘For All My Life.’

“This was the last song written for the record,” shared TAYA. “When I looked back over the lyrics, I realized it was my testimony put to melody. It is all about the faithfulness of God no matter the season – a song I can stake my life upon, one I will sing for the rest of my life.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to ‘For All My Life’ by TAYA today!

Andrea Bocelli And Loren Allred Sing 'Can't Help Falling In Love'

Prepare to be amazed as Andrea Bocelli and Loren Allred perform a stunning rendition of ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love.’

This iconic tune was originally recorded in 1961 for Elvis’ hit film ‘Blue Hawaii.’ It skyrocketed to the top of the charts and spurred countless covers from artists all around the world.

“Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Oh, shall I stay, would it be a sin
Oh, if I can't help falling in love with you?”

For decades, Andrea has been showcasing his incredible vocals with songs such as ‘The Prayer’ and ‘Time To Say Goodbye.’ After a 14-year hiatus from releasing an album, Andrea produced ‘Si’ in 2018.

Loren Allred is actually the singing voice behind Rebecca Ferguson's character of Jenny Lind in the film, The Greatest Showman. Loren’s rendition of ‘Never Enough’ became a worldwide phenomenon and capitulated Loren to international recognition.

Today, these two powerhouse vocalists are performing an incredible duet of ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love.’ Just listen as their voices combine perfectly with the lyrics of this classic song.

“Like a river flows, surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes, some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
Oh, for I can't help falling in love with you”

This is such a beautiful performance and I can only imagine the chills people received from hearing it live. I would love to hear another duet from this duo. Who else agrees?

'How Can You Not' Leanna Crawford Official Music Video

Check out the official music video for the song ‘How Can You Not’ from Leanna Crawford.

“I see the sun rise in the morning and a million stars at night, I hear the birds
They can’t stop singing, hallelujah, I see his goodness when I fall down
And his grace that picks me up, every day I can’t stop singing hallelujah
How can you not see God, in every little thing, in every little moment
How can you not feel loved, how can you not, how can you not
Cause He’s in the middle of every little thing and every little moment
How can you not see God, how can you not, how can you not”

What a wonderful song full of so much beauty and hope. The songwriters of ‘How Can You Not’ are Leanna Crawford, Jeff Sojka, and Jessie Early.

At the beginning of the music video, Leana Crawford included these words at the start before she started singing. “Growing up in the Northwest, I came to this spot often with my family. Every time I’m here, I’m reminded of God’s handiwork and His deep love for me.” Then she goes on to sing ‘How Can You Not’ in the picturesque setting.

Leanna also shared about how her dad inspired her to start writing this song. “My dad inspired this song. My parents were visiting me in Nashville and my dad had never seen fireflies before. One night as we were walking, the field next to us lit up with thousands of fireflies. My dad saw all those fireflies and said, 'How can you not see the Creator?' Everywhere I look, I see the hand of God, and I'm reminded that He cares for me deeply. I hope you feel that today too," she said.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to ‘How Can You Not’ today and the song was able to leave you feeling encouraged.

'Too Good To Not Believe / Our God Reigns' Cody Carnes Live Performance

Listen to this wonderful live performance from Cody Carnes of 'Too Good To Not Believe’ and ‘Our God Reigns.'

“I've lived stories that have proved Your faithfulness, I've seen miracles
My mind can't comprehend, and there is beauty in what I can't understand
Jesus, it's You, Jesus, it's You, I believe You're the wonder-working God
You're the wonder-working God, all the miracles I've seen, too good to not believe
You're the wonder-working God and You heal because You love
Oh, the miracles we'll see, You're too good to not believe, too good to not believe”

Cody Carnes is a songwriter and worship pastor, and he is also married to Kari Jobe. In 2017, he released his critically acclaimed debut studio album, The Darker the Night / The Brighter the Morning. His second studio album titled Run to the Father was released in 2020. Cody was also featured alongside his wife, Kari Jobe, on the popular worship song ‘The Blessing.’

The song ‘Too Good To Not Believe’ was written by Brandon Lake, Chris Davenport, Cody Carnes, and Josh Silverberg. Cody shares that it was inspired by “healing we have seen and healing we still want to see. We’ve seen cancer disappear. We’ve seen broken bodies healed. Don’t you tell me He can’t do it.”

Cody also shared a little more about the story behind the song in another interview. “I love in Revelation 19 when it talks about how the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy,” Cody says. “What I think that means is when you testify what Jesus has done and who He is, it prophecies that He can do it again. Because He is who He is. He’s the same, yesterday, today and forever. So that’s really what this song is. It’s meant to declare testimonies.”

We hope that you enjoyed this worship and it was able to encourage you today!
