James L. Capra has spent nearly four decades in public service, serving in three military outfits and over twenty five years as a federal narcotics agent. He is a nationally recognized expert and keynote speaker on leadership and organizational management. He has been married to his wife Shelly for over forty years and they are the proud parents of six children, most who have taken up lives in public service.
