American Idol Alum Sings 'Lord From Sorrows Deep' Worship Hymn

In this stunning video, God is glorified through an amazing voice. An American Idol alum sings, “Lord From Sorrows Deep” Worship Hymn.

Genavieve Linkowski, a former American Idol contestant sings, “Lord From Sorrows, Deep I Call: by Matt Boswell and Matt Papa. She has a rich and beautiful voice. She stands in front of the mic and sings confidently. As she sings about the thorn remaining and that her heart will still praise her God.

Genavieve's voice is angelic and peaceful. She sings about praising the Lord in the midst of the difficulties in life, you cannot help but be encouraged watching her. The message from this song reminds us of the power and strength that Christ gives us even in the hardest moments in life.

She declares that even if losing her life, Jesus will be her treasure. Genavieve lifts her hands in worship. This young woman radiates the love and joy of God. She sings from the depths of who she is and is powerfully used by the Lord to bless any who hear her.

The chorus’ lyrics proclaim:

And oh, my soul, put your hope in God
My help, my rock, I will praise Him
Sing, oh, sing through the raging storm
You're still my God, my salvation

This song reminds us today that even in the trials and hardships of this life, we have hope in God because of Jesus. He is our strength and we can praise Him even in the pain.

We can sing to Him in the dark moments because He is unchanging and never leaves us. If you are feeling discouraged or down in the difficulties of life today, let this video be a reminder that you can find the strength to worship God in it all.

“O my Strength, I will sing praises to you, for you, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love." Psalm 59:17

Kelly Clarkson Sings 'Rescue' By Lauren Daigle

Kelly Clarkson sings ‘Rescue’ by Lauren Daigle and her performance takes us to church in a powerful moment of worship. The song, ‘Rescue’ has been one of the most profound and emotionally stirring songs Lauren released in 2018 on her album, ‘Look Up Child.’ It topped the charts in both the Christain realm and pop radio.

The appeal of this song reminds us that no matter what we have done, no matter how broken we may feel, God will continue to come after us and love us with his redeeming, unconditional love. She wanted a song that conveyed how God is always fighting us.

The song’s lyrics remind us how we aren’t hidden, we aren’t forgotten, and we aren’t without hope. They share the message of how God hears the S.O.S. cries of our souls and will send out an army to find us even in the middle of the darkest night.

When Kelly opted to sing this song on her show, the audience was stunned by her emotional and pitch-perfect performance. Kelly has also never shied away from sharing her faith on her daytime talk show and it’s easy to see how God is on the move, even in Hollywood. And what a beautiful way to reach others for Christ.

One viewer had never heard the song before and posted, “First time hearing that song and already goosebumps and welling up with tears. My goodness, Kelly... You are amazing.”

Another commented, “Oh my God this is so amazing Kelly thank you for always inspiring us. Always know that you are loved in every part of other countries… May you continue with that spirit to inspire more and more people.”

I couldn’t agree more that Kelly has a beautiful voice and a gift of sharing her faith in God. This performance touched many hearts and no doubt, healed a few souls too as the song reminds us, God will rescue us from our biggest fears, our darkest nights, and he will restore us with His redeeming love. What a beautiful reminder God is always for us.

Psalms 18:2 “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.”

'Godsend' Riley Clemmons And Brett Young Official Audio Video

Listen to the song ‘Godsend’ by Riley Clemmons featuring Brett Young in this official audio video.

“I had added it up, I had made every plan, but the road I had paved turned into dust
And I just didn’t understand, prayed for You to show up, laid my weapons down
Surrendered to Your love, looking back now, every closed door, every single sharp thorn
Every answer that didn’t make sense, what if maybe they were just teaching me
To depend on Your strength in the dark days, all my tears got me crying out to You again
What if maybe every broken place I’ve been was a Godsend, was a Godsend
Was a Godsend, even if I didn’t know it then, it was a Godsend”

What a wonderful song by Riley Clemmons that has been an encouragement for many.

“Absolutely breathtaking, what a stunning voice,” comments one person on YouTube.

“God bless you. Your songs pointed me back to God and gave me strength to get through one of the hardest times in my life,” writes another person online.

Riley Clemmons has been writing songs since she was 10 years old and released her major label debut at 18. She also was named as the youngest artist ever nominated at the K-LOVE Fan Awards.

Her song ‘Godsend’ was written on the floor of her bedroom during the middle of the pandemic while she was wrestling with some difficult questions.

“As I sat on the floor, in faith, I wrote a song called Godsend, which had the lyric ‘what if maybe every broken place I’ve been was a Godsend’,” Riley said. “It’s really in the middle of chaos, in the middle of being human, and not knowing, [that you] choose faith and choose to believe that God has got it under control. God really reshaped my definition of what abundance means, and how to live a life that’s full of joy and happiness.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to ‘Godsend’ today!
