Worship the Lord with gladness as The Wagler Sisters sing the beloved hymn, ‘Down To The River To Pray.’ As you hear these words, remember that God hears each and every one of our prayers and He is always by our side.

“As I went down in the river to pray
Studying about that good old way
And who shall wear the starry crown
Good Lord, show me the way!”

The Wagler Sisters are Crystal, Marilyn and Emily. Together, this trio honors the Lord with their God-given talents. They are also part of a larger, family group called The Brandenberger Family.

Today, the sisters are using their gifts to belt out the words to the classic hymn, ‘Down To The River To Pray.’ Just listen as their voices blend together perfectly to give praise to His Holy Name.

“O sisters, let's go down,
Let's go down, come on down
O sisters, let's go down
Down in the river to pray”

One viewer said, “I really enjoyed listening to these three ladies sing I'd like to hear them more often this was great and blessing for me.”

Children's Choir Sings Powerful Cover Of 'Hero'

Check out this powerful performance by a children’s choir of the song ‘Hero’ by Mariah Carey.

“There's a hero if you look inside your heart, you don't have to be afraid of what you are
There's an answer if you reach into your soul and the sorrow that you know will melt away
And then a hero comes along with the strength to carry on, and you cast your fears aside
And you know you can survive, so when you feel like hope is gone
Look inside you and be strong, and you'll finally see the truth that a hero lies in you”

What a stunning performance! The singers in this video are part of the One Voice Children’s Choir. And the One Voice Children's Choir is actually part of ONE VOICE CHILDREN, a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire the world through the power of children's voices.

Whether it's a teacher, friend, family member or complete stranger, let's do a little more each day to help bring out the hero in each other.”

Soldier of the cross, soldier of the cross, You bring love to those who hate.
You bring love to those who hate, and the pendulum swings side to side
Where you gonna run where you gonna hide, when he comes down only you can tell
What it's gonna be heaven or hell, He's a stranger in this valley

West Coast Choir Performs 'Not To Us' Worship Cover

Listen to this beautiful worship performance of the song ‘Not To Us’ by the talented West Coast Choir.

“All of heaven's gathered 'round, You are seated on the throne forever
In Your presence, we bow down, one refrain we offer up together
Not to us not to us but to Your name be the glory
Your name be the glory, not to us not to us
But to Your name be the glory amen”

The music video starts off with a piano player in front of a beautiful stained-glass window. Then the choir appears as they break out into song and perform ‘Not To Us.’ All of their voices together sound so angelic, and the harmonies that they sing throughout the song are just wonderful.

The singers are a part of the West Coast Choir at West Coast Baptist College. According to their YouTube page, the school “exists to train future Christian leaders who are committed to the Word of God, compassionate toward the lost, and compelled to make a difference for the glory of God.”

Some of the students from the choir shared their thoughts about this worship performance on YouTube.

“What a blessing it was to be a part of this! The music and media department at WCBC did a phenomenal job. I love being a part of a student body that strives to glorify God,” one student comments.

“One of my favorite songs we've sung yet! Such a blessing to be a part of this choir with other believers committed to serving Christ!” another student writes online. “Will miss being a part of these, but I will always be looking forward to the videos of the years to come. Keep praising the Lord and rejoice for He is always smiling upon us when we do!”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this amazing version of ‘Not To Us’ today!

Chilling Rendition Of 'Ave Maria' Performed In A Minor Key

She’s back! Our favorite stairwell singer just posted another video and it is stunning.

This time Lauren Paley gives a chilling rendition of ‘Ave Maria’ performed in a minor key. And it is phenomenal. Lauren simply sings two words: Ave Maria. It sounds like something that will instantly transport to you a thriller scene or even back in time to when the song was originally written in 1825.

Lauren has been singing in the stairwell thanks to the pandemic. When everyone had to be in lockdown, there weren’t many places for Lauren to go until she discovered the cement walls and concrete floors are the perfect sound stage for her hauntingly beautiful voice.

She originally went viral when she performed the iconic song, “Hymn To The Sea,” from the blockbuster movie Titanic. Her voice will transport you through time to the moment when Rose lets go of Jack’s hand. And if that’s not jaw-dropping enough, this thirty-second clip of Ave Maria is!

Even though Ave Maria was supposed to be a humbling prayer written by Franz Schubert, it sounds angelic and otherworldly. It’s been performed by several artists including Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion. But I think Lauren’s rendition of the classical piece is the best.

Lauren’s video has since gone viral with 14,000 views. One viewer commented, “This feels almost like a somber cry for Mary, so beautiful. Reminds me of some Jewish or Islamic prayers being sung, too. I bet this would be amazing as a harmony with your voice singing a duet with it.”

Another added, “This woman is the definition of Talent! 10/10 she was blessed with such a beautiful voice and she wastes none of it. That’s true talent.”

We hope you were just as chilled as we were when we first heard Lauren’s angelic performance.

Revelations 5:13 “And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”

Matthew 12:50 “For whoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.”

Ukrainian Choir Sings Classic Hymn 'Because He Lives'

Feel the love of the Lord as a Ukrainian choir praises His Name with the classic hymn ‘Because He Lives.’ As the world walks through difficult times, these words are a wonderful reminder that there is power in the Name of our Saviour.

“Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know He holds the future
And life is worth the living just because He lives.”

This Easter, a Ukrainian choir came together to worship the Lord with the beloved words of ‘Because He Lives.’ This 80-person choir performed in their home country and it’s a chilling performance and cry for peace.

Just listen as they lift their voices to give praise to His Holy Name.

“How sweet to hold a newborn baby
And feel the pride and the joy he gives
But greater still the calm assurance
This child can face uncertain days because He Lives.”

This touching performance struck a chord with hearts all around the world.

One viewer wrote, “Christians around the world are praying for the people of Ukraine that we all look to God for direction & strength in the coming days. May God keep you in His tender care & comfort you.”

Psalms 43:4 “Then will I go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy: yes, on the harp will I praise you, O God my God.”

'Mamas' Anne Wilson Duets With Hilary Scott

20-year-old Anne Wilson teams up with country star Hilary Scott for a tribute to mothers all around the world with ‘Mamas.’

“For the open arms to fall into
For the when you don’t know what to do
For the phone call sayin’ don’t forget
I’m always in your corner”

Rising artist Anne Wilson has taken the Christian music scene by storm this year. You may recognize Anne for her viral video performing “What A Beautiful Name” from Hillsong Worship. After she lost her brother in an automobile accident, Anne found comfort in the words.

She performed for the first time at her brother’s funeral. Since that life-changing moment, Anne continues to share her gift with the world.

Today, she is sharing the microphone with Lady A vocalist, Hilary Scott, for a powerful performance of ‘Mamas.’

“For the heart that makes a house a home
For the knowing that you’re not alone
For the darling don’t you dare give up
Even when you wanna, yeah, that’s why God made mamas”

These words are the perfect reminder that God created mamas for a reason. You could even say that they are little pieces of angels on Earth.

Who else is reaching for the phone to call their own mother right now?

Deuteronomy 5:16 “Honor your father and your mother, as the LORD your God has commanded you; that your days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with you, in the land which the LORD your God gives you.”

FUTURE ME By: Raphael Giglio

FUTURE ME

The strangest thing happened to me yesterday
I was walking alone down on lower Broadway
When a stranger approached me mysteriously
A man in his 60's who looked just like me

He said somehow I got here from two-thousand thirty-two
When you're looking at me, you are looking at you
I don’t know why I’m here or for how long I’ll be
But there’s things I must tell you so listen to me

So I said, oh, speak to me, Future Me
Tell me the things that I’m longing to know
How will my life go,
Oh, talk to me Future Me, You know the things that I’m longing to see.
How will my life be?

Then he said we both know that this whole thing is strange
I can’t say too much or our whole life will change
But I will tell you two things you may think are odd,
Cherish your loved ones, and stay close to God.

So I said I cherish my loved ones, I'm close to God too
But there's so much more I want to know about you
But before I could get him to say anymore
He vanished and I was alone like before.

I noticed a young boy in front of the stage
He looked just like I did when I was his age
but before I could tell him the things I was told
He asked me how his life would be when he’s old

So he said "Oh, speak to me Future Me,
tell me the things that I’m longing to know"
How will my life go?
I said "Please listen to me, Former Me,
cherish your loved ones,
stay close to God too,
and Love will come to you…"

'You Raise Me Up' Battle Duet Earns A Standing Ovation From The Judges

This was an incredible audition on The Voice when a “You Raise Me Up” battle duet earned a standing ovation from the judges.

As two men, Thomas and Kevin, take turns singing, it is obvious that this is going to be a difficult competition. Both young men have phenomenal voices and unique styles. As they sing, each judge looks very impressed with their individual solos.

Then, the boys take things up a notch during the key change. The judges are wowed. The two singers harmonize together beautifully. They have a powerful performance. They know when to bring power and when to pull back and sing softly. At the end of their song, the crowd cheers, and the two competitors hug. All of the judges are standing out of their chairs.

This duet reminds us that two are better than one. In life, we can easily develop a self-focused mindset. The Bible teaches us that we are called to community. Doing life with others is better for us than doing life on our own.

Each of these guys could have done great on this song alone, but there was something more powerful about them singing it together. This reminds us that we do better with others by our side. We do not have to fear letting others be a part of our lives, because God has designed us for it. We can gain the richness of friendship and accountability when we invite others to do life with us.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up." Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

This worship song was originally performed by Elevation Worship and written by Chris Brown, Cody Carnes, Kari Jose, and Steven Furtick. But these two talented sisters, Cassandra Star and Callahan do an incredible job with their version of it!

“11-year-old Cassandra Star & her sister Callahan wanted to sing this special song especially for the people of Ukraine and all of those affected with pain & suffering,” write the sisters in the caption of this YouTube video. “We pray for peace & healing in Ukraine and all over this hurting world of ours. Lord, we need You.”

In the video, the two sisters are singing in Urban Abbey which is located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The stained-glass windows in the background are beautiful and the entire location adds so much to the video.

Bass Singer Performs Chilling Rendition Of 'Ain't No Sunshine'

You have to watch this bass singer perform a chilling rendition of the song ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’ by Bill Withers.

“Ain't no sunshine when she's gone, it's not warm when she's away
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone and she's always gone too long
Anytime she goes away, wonder this time where she's gone
Wonder if she's gone to stay, ain't no sunshine when she's gone
And this house just ain't no home, anytime she goes away”

The bass singer in this video is Geoff Castellucci, and he does a phenomenal job singing all of the parts in this rendition. He has such a clear, deep voice, and the notes that he hits are so low, yet it seems like he can reach them with much ease. He also blends all the different parts together that he sang separately, and it really does sound so wonderful. What an incredible talent he has!

Not only did Geoff perform in the video, he arranged, produced, filmed, and edited it as well. Very impressive!

“Thanks for watching my interpretation of one of my favorite Bill Withers' songs,” Geoff writes in the caption of this video on YouTube. “‘Ain't No Sunshine’ was the first of Withers' three gold records in the U.S. and he says ‘I know’ 26 times in the original version. I say it a few times more than that for good measure and because it's just good clean fun.”

On YouTube, Geoff has many fans that look forward to when he shares new music with them online.

“This arrangement is magnificent and Geoff adds feeling to the song that is exquisite. His vocal range is totally off the charts. Love this version!” comments one person after watching the video.

“I don't care which end of his vocal range he is singing, his voice is like melted butter, so smooth and warm. I could listen all day!” another person writes online.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to Geoff’s version of ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’ today!

Will you be there for me?”

Brothers Luke and Joel Smallbone make up the Christian duo for KING & COUNTRY. This Grammy-winning duo are known for songs such as ‘God Only Knows’ and ‘Priceless.’ They’ve performed for sold-out audiences all over the globe and they do it all to give praise to God’s Holy Name.

Stand by me so the world will see
You and me in unity”

I could not agree more. Unity is exactly what we all need to embrace across the world right now.

Galatians 6:10 “As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good to all men, especially to them who are of the household of faith.”

A Cappella Performance Of 'The Old Rugged Cross'

Listen to this wonderful a cappella performance of ‘The Old Rugged Cross’ by two talented siblings.

“On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross, the emblem of suffering and shame
And I love that old cross where the dearest and best, for a world of lost sinners was slain
So I'll cherish the old rugged cross (rugged cross), till my trophies at last I lay down
I will cling to the old rugged cross, and exchange it some day for a crown”

What a beautiful rendition of this classic hymn! And it is so cool to see these two singers perform all the parts of the song together! Their harmonies sound so lovely.

The singers in the video are Michael Eldridge and Tabitha Lewis, and they are brother and sister.

“I always love when my sister and I are able to sing together! The harmony is sweet, but the fellowship is sweeter,” writes Michael in the caption of his YouTube video.

According to his YouTube page, Michael is a pharmacist by trade and has a passion for singing. “I’ve been blessed by God with the opportunity to share my love for the classic acapella hymns I grew up singing, and still sing today,” he writes. “The goals of my work are as follows: to glorify God with the gifts He has made me a steward of as long as He grants me the opportunity to do so, to inspire brothers and sisters in Christ to use the abilities God has given them to bear fruit in the kingdom, to refresh and admonish the spirit, to impart scriptural principles and teaching.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this version of ‘The Old Rugged Cross’ today and it was able to bring a smile to your face!

Check out this video of Keith And Kristyn Getty with Bill Gaither and Buddy Greene singing ‘Because He Lives.’

“God sent His son, they called Him Jesus
He came to love, heal and forgive
He bled and died, to buy my pardon
An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives
And because He lives, I can face tomorrow, because He lives
All fear is gone, because I know, He holds the future
And life is worth the living just because He lives”

As the song starts off, a single harmonic is heard. Then the piano joins in. It is such a lovely way to start off the song before the entire audience joins in with singing. What a beautiful moment of worship!

'To Your Arms' Mosaic MSC Performs At New Song Cafe

Listen to this beautiful acoustic performance of the worship song ‘To Your Arms’ by Mosaic MSC.

“I don't deserve this beautiful and divine love of my father
You are deserving of all that I have to give, Jesus, you're worthy
When I lose the road, You're the place I know, I'm running straight to your arms
I'm running straight to your presence, Jesus, I'm coming out of the dark
My heart to your heart, into your arms”

What wonderful vocals and harmonies! And such a lovely song full of warmth and encouragement!

After the song performance, the members of Mosaic MSC gather together to talk about how it was to create ‘To Your Arms.’

“The chorus felt so easy to write, about running to Jesus,” says Brooke, one of the members of Mosaic MSC. Then she went on to admit that the bridge of the song was a lot harder for the group to come up with.

This incredible song is inviting people to an action -- to run to Jesus, to run straight into his arms without any hesitation.

“We’re going to do whatever it takes to run to God’s presence, and to remember that He is our refuge,” says a member of Mosaic MSC. “That we can rest in His presence.”

“Beautiful song! Love this picture of running back into our Father’s arms!” writes one person on YouTube after watching the music video. “Thank you for writing this and sharing!”

Mosaic MSC is a contemporary worship music band from Mosaic Church in Los Angeles, California, and the band is led by Worship Pastor Mariah McManus. We hope that you enjoyed listening to their song ‘To Your Arms’ today and it was able to uplift you and bring you joy.
