Sell All You Have

This is song number five on the album "None Shall Stand" by Christian folk-rock band "The Good Thieves". You must sell all you have and give it to the poor - if you would follow Him, go through the narrow door.

Walk On Galilee

This is the fourth track on the album "None Shall Stand" by Christian folk-rock band "The Good Thieves". Don't forget: if you want to walk on water, you have to step out of the boat....

16 Year Old Singing a Christmas Classic

A 16 Year Singing Angels We Have Heard on High the version by Phil Wickham

40 Days & 40 Nights

This is the first song on the album "None Shall Stand" by Christian folk-rock band "The Good Thieves", and is about the temptation of the Lord Jesus by Satan in the desert. Spoiler alert: The Lord doesn't succumb to the Devil's lies, and neither should we.

'1,000 Names' Passon Live Church Performance

Check out the official live video for the song ‘1,000 Names’ by Passion featuring Kristian Stanfill and Jathan Caldwell.

“I call You maker, You give life an eternal spark, I call You healer
You can mend any broken heart, I call You faithful father cause You finish everything you start
My soul was made to respond, I know You by a thousand names
And You deserve every single one, You've given me a million ways"

What a fun and energetic song! The video was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia at Passion City Church, and it is great to see the crowd in the room all worshiping our Heavenly Father together. As they shout out the lyrics to the worship song, it is clear to see that they are all filled with joy to be singing out to God.

The song reminds us about God’s boundless love and his never-ending grace. He is our rock and firm foundation, and He deserves to always be praised.

The writers of the song ‘1,000 Names’ are Phil Wickham, Sean Curran, Adrian Disch, and Taylor Scott Johnson. The theme that the song is focused on is God’s attributes, and one scripture that it references is Psalm 145:1. “I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever.”

To be amazed at what You've done, I am lost in wonder at all You do
I know You by a thousand names and I will sing them back to You
You deserve the highest praise”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this worship song today and it was able to encourage you and lift your spirits.

Philippians 2:10-11 So that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

2 Teens Sing 'Where Can I Turn For Peace? / Nearer My God To Thee' Duet

Listen to these two talented teens sing a beautiful mashup of the songs 'Where Can I Turn For Peace? / Nearer My God To Thee.'

“Nearer, my God, to thee, nearer to thee!
E’en though it be a cross that raiseth me.
Where can I turn for peace? Where is my solace"

The two young women singing in this video are Evie Clair and Kirra Abplanalp. They both have such beautiful voices, and their harmonies are wonderful.

Evie Clair was a top 10 finalist on Season 12 of NBC’s America’s Got Talent as a singer, songwriter, and pianist. The video of her first AGT performance now has over 300 Million views. And when her first full album was released when she was 14 years old, it hit the pop charts at #49 just after her original song was featured in a movie soundtrack.

This video that Evie dropped on her YouTube channel was the first video she released in over 10 months. And she shared it just a few days before her wedding!

According to her website, Evie “gave no hints about this new video, but fans we’re thrilled with one commenting ‘Just what the world needs’ and another ‘This was so beautiful. Got chills the second I hit play. God bless and Merry Christmas.’ They also loved that she included her little sister Kirra Abplanalp and her Aunt Christy Mann’s beautiful accompanying cello.”

"When other sources cease to make me whole?
Still all my song shall be, nearer, my God, to thee,
Nearer, my God, to thee, nearer to thee!”

What a joyful performance from these two talented singers! We hope that this video was able to give your heart and soul a lift. May we always praise our God in heaven and look to Him to bring us peace.

'Firm Foundation (He Won't) Cody Carnes Acoustic Performance

Listen to this beautiful acoustic performance of the song ‘Firm Foundation (He Won’t)’ by Cody Carnes.

“Christ is my firm foundation, the rock on which I stand, when everything around me is shaken
I’ve never been more glad, that I put my faith in Jesus ‘cause He’s never let me down
He’s faithful through generations, so why would He fail now, He won’t, He won’t"

This is such a wonderful song that is so uplifting and encouraging. And Cody’s vocals are incredible! They are just so warm and lovely to listen to.

‘Firm Foundation (He Won’t)’ reminds us of where our strength really is, and that is Jesus. He will forever be our anchor and the firm foundation of truth that we cling to.

"I’ve still got joy in chaos, I’ve got peace that makes no sense, I won’t be going under
I’m not held by my own strength ‘cause I’ve built my life on Jesus
He’s never let me down, He’s faithful in every season, so why would He fail now”

Cody talks about the song in an interview and shares his inspiration behind it.

“In a time that we lived through in the last couple years, and just the chaos and the uncertainty, it feels like everything that needs to be shaken has been shaken,” he says. “I was just thinking about that scripture in Matthew 7 where Jesus ends the entire sermon on the mount talking about building your house on the rock, building your house on the sand. And I just thought, in this last season, it was a very telling thing of where have I built my house on the rock in my life, where have I built my life on Jesus, and where have I put my hope in things that are fleeting like sand. I know this season, it really tested that for me, and I feel like for the whole world. And you really got to see where you are building your house.”

He continues: “This whole season, it was just burning in my heart to write a song about this truth of that when you build your house on Jesus, when you build your life on Jesus, you can be secure. In chaos, you can still have joy. You can still have peace. And there’s almost this joyful confidence in that.”

Christ is our firm foundation, and may we never forget this wonderful truth!

Guitar Quartet Performs 'Amazing Grace' Classic Hymn

Be reminded of God’s neverending love as this guitar quartet performs a stunning rendition of ‘Amazing Grace.’

Authored by John Newton, this beloved hymn was written as a way of giving thanks to the Lord after God granted John new life. As a sailor, John was known for his crude language and actions.

But one day at sea, John found himself caught in the middle of a terrible storm. John spent hours at the helm of the ship battling the waves and his thoughts started to turn to God.

After surviving the weather, John started his life as a Christian and dedicated himself to serving the Lord. The beautiful words of ‘Amazing Grace’ were inspired by this incredible moment of self-revelation.

“Amazing Grace,
How sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
T'was blind but now I see”

40 Fingers is a guitar quartet comprised of members Matteo Brenci, Emanuele Grafitti, Marco Steffè, Andrea Vittori. This talented group gained quite the following online by taking classic songs and giving them a unique, instrumental makeover.

From hits such as ‘Back In Black’ and ‘The Sound Of Silence,’ 40 Fingers has fans all over the world ready to hear the band’s arrangements.

Today, they are giving the glory to God with this beautiful performance of ‘Amazing Grace.’

Psalms 43 :4 “Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.”

Family Band Sings 'Before The Throne Of God Above' Hymn

Listen to this talented family band sing the hymn ‘Before The Throne Of God Above.’

“Before the throne of God above, I have a strong and perfect plea
A great High Priest, whose name is Love, whoever lives and pleads for me
My name is graven on His hands, my name is written on His heart
I know that while in heaven He stands, no tongue can bid me thence depart
No tongue can bid me thence depart”

What beautiful vocals and harmonies! And it is so lovely to see this whole family coming together to share their talents and praise God with their voices.

The husband and wife in the video are Brackin and Lindsay Kirkland. According to their YouTube page, Brackin is a “a multi-instrumentalist, composer and sound engineer who has been saved by the grace of God and is compelled to draw others to Christ through personal story-telling and biblical narratives set to captivating music.” His wife, Lindsay, is a wonderful mother to their two boys and has an angelic voice that “brings a simple, grounded aesthetic to the music.”

This beautiful hymn was written by Irish native Charitie Lees Smith and was first published in The Praise of Jesus, a collection compiled by William Reid of Edinburgh.

The theology behind the hymn is reflected strongly in Hebrews 4:14–16: “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this beautiful rendition of the hymn ‘Before The Throne Of God Above’ today!

'There's Something About That Name' Jason Crabb At The Grand Ole Opry

Grammy winner and Christian vocalist Jason Crabb leads us in worship with the beautiful words of ‘There’s Something About That Name.’ These lyrics are a powerful reminder that Jesus holds the power and we are made stronger in His arms.

“Jesus, Jesus, Jesus; there's just something about that name.
Master, Savior, Jesus, like the fragrance after the rain;
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, let all Heaven and earth proclaim”

Jason Crabb has been a staple in the Christian music world for decades. You may recognize him as the lead singer of The Crabb Family band before they retired in 2007. Now, Jason is a Grammy award-winning solo artist paving the way with songs such as ‘Love Is Stronger’ and ‘The Song Lives On.’

Today, Jason is at the Grand Ole Opry for a very special performance of ‘There’s Something About That Name.’ Joining him on stage is gentlemen named Jordan Blaze. Jordan made headlines earlier this month when he recorded himself playing piano in his home after tornadoes ravaged the Kentucky area.

According to YouTube, “Jason was touched by the moment and wanted Jordan to bring the song to the Opry stage to share with the audience.”

“Kings and kingdoms will all pass away,
But there's something about that name.
Kings and kingdoms will all pass away,
But there's something about that name.”

John 1:14 “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

'Redeemer Of The Rain' Fountainview Academy Students Perform Worship Hymn

Listen to students from Fountainview Academy perform this beautiful worship hymn, ‘Redeemer of the Rain’ — don’t be surprised if you get chills!

These talented teenagers all go to Fountainview Academy, a well-known, Christian boarding school in Canada. Founded in 1975, the school balances education between the core subjects and the students’ relationship with Christ.

One of the most effective ways for these young followers of Christ to worship is through music. The music program brings the orchestra and choir together to spread God’s love with the world. And over a quarter million people subscribe to its Youtube channel to hear those messages!

This particular video of theirs features a few students, and one shares her personal story of finding God. Dania shares how this song holds a special place in her heart, and her experience is beautiful. We can all relate to feeling that same fear and sorrow right before God picks us up.

The Collingsworth Family originally released this song a little over five years ago, but Phil and Kim Collingsworth began their ministry in the mid ‘80s after graduating from college. The couple has traveled across the country doing presentations, performances, and has even organized church camps.

Around the same time they started having kids, Kim and Phil began professionally recording their music. Now, their children join them on stage to sing and play violin. God sure blessed this family with a musical gift!

This talented family ministry draws people in with beautiful lyrics just like the ones in ‘Redeemer of the Rain.’

He uses sorrow to draw us
To call us closer to His side
It's in the middle of the storm
We learn to trust that He is always watching over us

Even in the toughest of times, we have to remember that God is always right there with us. He never loses sight of where we are going, and neither should we. With His redeeming grace, we can make it through.

'I'd Need A Savior' The Detty Family Performs Beautiful Worship Song

Soak in the beautiful vistas and heaven-sent voices as The Detty Family Performs a beautiful worship song, titled “I’d Need a Savior.” Meet three members of The Detty Family in this video that puts all things in perspective for those who believe.

Here, sisters, Peyton and Caidence, are joined by Mom Amber. Peyton, the eldest of the girls, opens the performance singing solo and then playing guitar. She’s a typical braces-wearing teen, but she appears thoughtful and aware of the depth of the message she delivers. Caidence sings solo starting near the halfway mark, and she is very expressive and animated. It’s fun to see their personalities show through in their song! Mom joins in on the chorus.

The sisters are seated in front of a gorgeous green door of an old brick building. All three sway as they harmonize in a prairie field where tall grasses move similarly. They are lovely to watch—each pretty in pink with blond hair almost as white as their smiles.

More important than the landscapes, though, are the lyrics of the song they share:

You're what I hold on to
I know that You brought me through
All the days of loss and to the cross, You knew
That I'd need a Savior

“I’d Need A Savior” was also recorded by Among the Thirsty on their first album, released in 2009. The song reached the top 20 on several Christian music charts

Though only two sisters are featured in this video, there are two more Dettys coming up. And, they have as much love for music and Jesus as do their two older siblings. Lily and Sophia round out the quartet of girls in the family.

Joe and Amber Detty, and their little ladies live in Southern Ohio. Peyton, Caidence, Lily, and Sophia are in grades 8, 6, 2, and kindergarten, respectively. The sisters have been singing in their church and home since they were babies, and it was in 2018 when the family felt called to begin sharing their music with others. What a blessing that they are, too!

“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.” Luke 2:11

4 Cousins Sing 'Light Of The World' Cover By Lauren Daigle

This is a beautiful cover of joyful worship. Check out this video where 4 cousins sing a “Light of the World” cover by Lauren Daigle.

At the start of this clip, there are amazing moments of seeing each young woman. These adorable cousins are seen walking in the woods in their cute furry coats and dresses. Each girl has a unique voice and sweet smile. The girls sing a different line of the song. They exude the joy of Christ in their voices and on their faces.

The ladies do a stunning mashup of the song during the chorus. Their delight in the Lord and in music is clear. They have a precious connection with one another, looking at each other as they sing. The group goes by the name, Halo. As the cousins sing about the Light of the world, the sun rays shine through the forestry behind them. Throughout the song, there are clips of the life of Jesus. When the music video ends, we see a short clip of the shepherds kneeling before the baby Jesus.

This video really excites and prepares our hearts for the celebration of Christmas. At the end, the girls include a powerful Scripture verse. We can reflect on this beautiful thought of peace coming into our darkness through the Light of the World, Jesus.

“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:26-27
